Spitfire is a slice shop. You walk up, you point, you eat. There's no booking system, no share plates, no story about our journey with sourdough.
What there is: New York style pizza made properly in Fyshwick — thin base, wide slice, cooked hot and served fast. Direct, confident, a little cheeky. We don't follow rules, we make damn good pizza and keep it real.
From the streets

We're a lunch-and-dinner shop, not an all-day one. Thursday and Friday we close between services. Saturday we run straight through.
Walk-ins only. No bookings, no delivery — come to the counter and we'll sort you out.
